The founder and visionary behind LSS, owes everything he is today to his humble beginnings that urged him to keep reliability, integrity, commitment to the society, good character and professional competence as his core values. Dr.TPS completed his masters in structural engineering from IIT Delhi and PhD in offshore structures from IIT Madras. During his days at IIT Madras, he came up with hydrodynamic parameters that are crux to the design of compliant offshore structures that makes them economical and reliable. These parameters are still being used by designers in the field of offshore structures all over the world. Ever since, he has been looking for frugal innovations in every projects he undertook to create sophisticated and state of the art engineering solutions.

During his stint at National Institute of Technology Calicut, his no nonsense attitude and fierce commitment had contributed immensely to the fledgling NITC academic system, and in fact he proved to be its chief architect. He has also served under several panels investigating infrastructure failures due to natural calamities all over India. He is also member of National Board of Accreditation India, which sets quality benchmarks for human capital in all fields of technical education.

For him, every project is an opportunity to develop a long- term relationship with the clients. He emphasizes adhering to LSS’s core values to build an amicable relationship with the clients to jointly create and impact green infrastructure industry for the sustainable development of the world.

His areas of interest include forensic engineering, design of tall structures, offshore structures, earthquake resistant design of structures, bridges & super passage and earth retaining structures.
